Welcome to Ribera. These terms govern your use of our event ticketing platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the Ribera platform (website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and purchase tickets.
All ticket purchases are final and subject to the refund policy set by the event organiser. Ribera facilitates the transaction between you and the event organiser — the organiser is responsible for delivering the event as described. Tickets are non-transferable unless the organiser has enabled transfers for the event.
Refunds are governed by each event's individual refund policy, which is displayed on the event page before purchase. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take up to 14 business days.
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfilment of the event, and compliance with local laws. Ribera does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any event listed on the platform. Organisers agree to honour all tickets sold through Ribera.
You may not: resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping); use automated tools to purchase tickets in bulk; impersonate another person or entity; upload false, misleading, or harmful content; or attempt to circumvent platform security measures.
All content on the Ribera platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of Ribera Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Ribera provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ribera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ticket.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
